Helping You Discover Your Full Potential
I’m Cindy Kane, Personal Trainer and Founder of KANE Fitness.
I believe fitness should help you live your life with strength, confidence, and the freedom to keep doing the things you enjoy.
My role is to listen, understand what matters to you, and bring the guidance, structure, and encouragement that help you move forward with confidence.
Experience That Goes Beyond the Workout
I’ve spent more than 15 years in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, following a 28-year career in law enforcement and public service.
Over the years, I’ve worked with adults across a wide range of ages and fitness levels, from people building their confidence with exercise to active adults who want to keep getting stronger, moving well, and doing the things they love.
For the past four years, I worked as a Personal Trainer at a country club in Palm Desert, where I specialized in strength, functional fitness, mobility, active aging, and helping clients continue doing the activities they enjoy.

Personal Training Starts With Listening
Before we focus on exercises, I want to understand you.
We’ll talk about your goals, exercise history, lifestyle, and anything that may affect how you train. From there, we’ll build a plan and adjust it as you progress.
Progress isn’t only measured by a number on the scale. It might mean lifting more, improving stability, moving more comfortably, or having greater confidence in what your body can do.
You can expect honest conversations, realistic goals, and clear guidance along the way.
Beyond the Gym
Fitness has always been a big part of my own life, and I believe one of the best things about being strong and active is everything it allows you to experience.
Outside of KANE Fitness, you’ll usually find me doing something active, whether that’s CrossFit, golf, paddleboarding, pickleball, snowboarding, or spending time at the beach.
I also love spending time with family, especially watching my niece play collegiate softball, and recently started learning to play the drums.
Strength for the Life You Want to Keep Living
Whatever your goals look like, we’ll start with where you are today and build a plan that helps you keep moving forward.
